NMAT by GMAC Review 2017 Official Guide Released

Candidates appearing for NMAT by GMAC test, a computer-based objective type multiple-choice exam, accepted by 19 management institutes in India for admission, will now be able to get the Official Guide for NMAT by GMAC Review 2017.

Starting this year, the official guide will have a coupon code to access a full-length practice test comprising of 120 questions online, the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), owner and administrator of the test announced on May 19 at the launch of the third edition of Official Guide for NMAT by GMAC Review 2017.

GMAC said the bundling was done to ensure that candidates could prepare for the test using the official guide and practice the test online. It would help them build their confidence to take the actual test.

The Guide has two full-length past NMAT by GMAC test questions with answer explanations (including 120 never-before-seen past NMAT questions). It has 480 questions from past NMAT exams, with answer explanations. The candidates will be able to access 550 practice questions with answer explanations including 240 new questions for practice. They will also get an exclusive access code to practice complete full-length NMAT by GMAC test online.

With the launch of the third edition of the NMAT by GMAC Official Guide 2017 we have come a step closer in providing confidence to the candidates. Starting this year, the Official Guide will have a coupon code to practice one full-length test online so that candidates can prepare and practice both offline and online,” GMAC Director, Project Management, Vikram Shah said.

Wiley Managing Director Vikas Gupta said the Guide has several added features including updated theory content, never-before-seen real NMAT and practice questions along with an exclusive online OG practice exam from GMAC. These additions are in response to the feedback received from students who seek rigorous practice along with closest-to-the-real-exam experience, requirements that are fully met in the NMAT OG 2017.

The maximum retail price is Rs 899 and the official guide will be available on Amazon, Flipkart and Infibeam, he added.

Candidates are allowed to appear for the exam three times with two retakes. This facility enables candidates to maximise their scores and get shortlisted by the top B-school and universities.

The test is accepted by 19 institutions. These are: SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Xavier University, ICFAI Business School (IBS), MISB Bocconi, Alliance University, University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES), VIT University, Thapar School of Management, BML Munjal University, Amity University, Woxsen School of Business Management, SRM University, Hyderabad Business School – GITAM University, Chitkara University, Institute of Management – JK University, Ansal University, Mody University, Shoolini University, Shiv Nadar University and Gitam School of International Business.
